Here's the story of the White House Transition.

I grew up in the television generation. When I was a young kid, there were no VCRs, no DVDs, no cable channels, no home computers, and no iPods. But, there was definitely television. I loved TV. I admit it. The images and sounds from the late 1960s and the 1970s will forever be in my brain. That is why when MSNBC created the White House Transition website grid which is pictured above, I could not help but make a few alterations (see below). Enjoy.
