9-11 Documentary

The other night I watched a special on the History Channel called - 102 Minutes That Changed America. It was the most moving documentary that I have ever seen based on that horrific day. Because it was a compilation of videos taken by "regular" people in New York, the panic and devistation could be sensed in a way that I have never experienced - even after watching CNN for weeks after 9-11-01.
Everything was so palpable. I actually was just channel surfing when I found it. Once it was on, I could not turn it off. It was shown uncut - no commercials/breaks. In between video segments a digital timer would come on the screen showing the actual time - or real time - that the events were taking place.
The History Channel website has a special interactive map that shows the location of each person who took the videos in New York during the attacks. There is also an introduction by the fim maker, in which she describes not only the horrors that the videos relay, but also the strength and resiliance of the videographers and their fellow New Yorkers.
